In Suanfarma we are leaders in the distribution and development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for the Industry at an international level.
From the Group Headquarters, located in Madrid, we are looking for a Lawyer who will have the following responsibilities:
Contracts: Review and drafting of commercial contracts, among others: NDA, exclusivity, Supply, Technical Agreements, LOI, Comfort Letters, Services, Intercompany. Participation in the review of development and manufacturing contracts.
Contract management: contract database management.
Secretary of group companies: board and meeting minutes; keeping of corporate books; preparation of authorisations and amendments to articles of association; dealings with notary’s offices and the Commercial Register.
Management: Support to the Legal Director in the monitoring of insurance; legal queries from the different departments of the company, support to the different departments in daily management matters, such as filling in forms, providing legal documentation, management of electronic certificates, etc.
Compliance: data protection, policies, ESG, internal reporting.
Requirements:
2-4 years’ experience as a general commercial lawyer in a law firm or company.
High speaking and written English level – C1.
User knowledge of the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
