As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a new team member in the following position:
Corporate Lawyer – 6 to 8 years of experience

Your role
> Working on the full cycle of diverse corporate/M&A matters for local and international clients, ranging from family businesses, entrepreneurs, families, industrials, funds to major financial sector actors.
> Coordinating advice with other jurisdictions and/or local specialized firms.
> High autonomy and direct client contact as of day one.
> Participation in business development activities.
Your profile:
> A Master of Law graduate with a strong academic record; avoué or equivalent.
> Minimum of six years of relevant experience in corporate/M&A, gained in a reputable law firm in Luxembourg.
> Fluent in French and English. German and/or Luxembourgish are an asset.
> Capable of conducting in-depth legal analysis and working independently.
> A team player with a down-to-earth mindset and strong communication skills.
> High degree of autonomy.
