Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Freelance Corporate Lawyer to join our team. This is a dual-role position that combines legal expertise with business development responsibilities. As a key member of NPUK Associates, you will provide legal consultation to clients while also leveraging your network to bring in new business.

Key Responsibilities-Â
Â
1. Legal Services:
Â
Advise clients on corporate law matters, including contracts, compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and more.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
Provide strategic legal guidance to startups and growing businesses.
Â
2. Business Development:
Â
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to onboard them.
Use your existing network and connections to generate leads.
Collaborate with NPUK Associates’ management to achieve revenue goals.
Represent the firm at networking events and industry conferences.

3. Collaboration:
Â
Work closely with the NPUK Associates team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Share insights and suggestions for expanding client portfolios.
Â
4. Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Advise on and implement best practices in corporate governance.
Support clients in matters related to share capital, restructuring, and other corporate changes.

5. Advisory:
Â
Provide guidance to clients on compliance matters, including GDPR and AML regulations.
Assist in risk management and corporate planning.

Requirements:Â
Â
– Qualified corporate lawyer with relevant experience in corporate and commercial law.
– Strong business acumen and a proven track record in business development.
