We are working with a prestigious international law firm in Bangkok that is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Corporate Lawyer (5–10 PQE). The successful candidate will join a highly regarded corporate practice with broad expertise across M&A, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and venture capital, and will play a key role in complex transactional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and takeovers, with a particular focus on transactions involving financial institutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Support clients in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges with practical, business‑oriented solutions.
Requirements
- Qualified to practice law in Thailand.
- 5–10 years PQE in corporate law, with strong experience in M&A and joint ventures.
- Background from a reputable international or leading local law firm.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
