About the Company
We are working with a leading Dublin law firm that is looking to add an ambitious Corporate lawyer to its highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants to build their career within a busy and sophisticated corporate practice, working on high-quality transactions for a mix of Irish and international clients.
About the Role
The successful lawyer will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate work.
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and investment transactions
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- General corporate advisory work
- Cross-border transactions involving international clients and advisers
The role will involve working closely with senior lawyers and partners while also taking increasing responsibility for transactions and client relationships as your experience develops.
Qualifications
We would be interested in speaking with Corporate lawyers who:
- Have trained and/or qualified with a strong commercial law firm
- Have good experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
- Enjoy working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters
- Have strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
- Are commercially minded and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Skills
Applications are welcome from lawyers currently practising in Ireland as well as Irish-qualified lawyers considering a return to Dublin.
