Your daily tasks:
Handle a range of corporate matters and contract management related procedures/documentations
Manage documentation for litigation matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on timely basis
Analyze matter and ensure compliance of corporate laws in execution of matters
Providing support on various corporate policies and corporate governance matters.
What we are looking for:
A law degree (or Graduate Diploma in Law) and Legal Practice Course qualification.
Must have 10+ years of experience in Corporate Legal matters, Contract Management, and Litigation Procedures preferably conducting due diligence in connection with corporate process at a law firms.
Hands-on Practice on laws being practice in Asian region and European Region would be a plus.
Must be conscientious and proactive Lawyer
Excellent English Language Skills
