An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm from the Dublin office, in a highly ranked Corporate M&A practice. The team advises major Irish and international businesses on complex, high-value corporate transactions and continues to grow its presence in the Irish market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer looking for sophisticated transactional work, genuine international exposure and strong long-term career prospects.
Role
- Advise on high-value Irish and international M&A transactions
- Lead on acquisitions, disposals and other complex corporate matters
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Manage transactions and coordinate multiple workstreams through to completion
- Work closely with international colleagues on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
- Develop strong relationships with major corporate clients and senior stakeholders
- Supervise and support junior lawyers within the team
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Corporate practice
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with significant Corporate M&A experience
- Strong transactional background gained within a leading corporate practice
- Experience managing complex M&A transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Comfortable leading matters and supervising junior lawyers
- Cross-border or international transactional experience is advantageous
