We are partnering with a FTSE 100, to appoint an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a standout opportunity to join an award-winning legal team and work closely with the Head of Corporate on a diverse portfolio of high-value, international M&A transactions.
The role offers significant exposure to complex cross-border deals, alongside a broad range of general corporate matters, within a highly regarded and collaborative in-house environment.
We are seeking a commercially astute lawyer with experience gained within a leading law firm or in-house setting. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in corporate M&A, particularly in international transactions and demonstrate the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload with confidence.
