GCS Malta is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to work with one of Malta’s leading corporate companies.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing of various contracts
Handling complex and material corporate, project, and structured-finance transactions
Liaising with regulators including Tax Authorities
Drafting and implementing of documentation in relation to corporate governance and compliance obligations
Assisting clients in several legal aspects
The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Degree in Law from the University of Malta and a warrant to exercise the legal profession in Malta.
One must be proactive, and able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
Fluency in both the Maltese and English language is considered a must. Knowledge in any additional languages is considered an asset.
