We’re working with one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms to recruit a Corporate Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded Dublin team.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile M&A, corporate and commercial matters for an impressive client base spanning public and private companies, investors and State bodies. The team offers a distinctive mix of sophisticated corporate transactions and strategic advisory work, providing broader experience than is typically available within traditional corporate practices.

The Opportunity
As part of a market-leading corporate team, you’ll advise on a broad range of domestic and international transactions while working directly with experienced partners and senior lawyers.
Your work will include:
- Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Share and asset purchase transactions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder, investment and joint venture agreements
- Commercial contracts and strategic advisory work
- Corporate governance and ongoing company law advice
- Public sector and State body mandates
- Due diligence, disclosure exercises and transaction management from instruction through to completion

About You
We’re keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- 2–3 years’ PQE in Corporate law
- Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client advice
- The confidence to manage matters while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
Experience advising public sector clients would be beneficial but is not essential.
