Job Description:
Draft & review all types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Advice on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial obligations as well as handling the groups General Assemblies & BoD meetings
Prepare and update litigation & claims reports
Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company.
Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
Carry out licensing procedures whenever required
Ensure internal policies are aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Conduct internal legal audits to ensure legal documentation and processes are in line with statutory requirements and best practice
Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate or international law firm environment.
Experience in various types of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance is essential. Experience in litigation is a plus.
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is required. Must be licensed to practice law in Egypt.
