We are working with a leading mid-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a Associate/ Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Corporate team advising public and private companies, investors, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, founders and management teams on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. The team advises clients across sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, manufacturing, and real estate.
The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial agreements and corporate governance matters. The successful candidate will support transactions from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation, completion and post-transaction integration.
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years’ PQE;
- Corporate law background;
- Strong academic background;
- Technically excellent;
- Team player;
- Organisation skills;
- Strong commercial awareness.
