Venn Group are working with a highly regarded legal 500 firm in the East Midlands, who are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team in Leicester.

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will manage a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. You will work closely with a team of talented legal professionals, providing high-level legal advice to corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company structures, and commercial agreements
Provide high-quality legal advice to corporate clients on various business matters
Assist with due diligence, corporate governance, and corporate compliance issues
Collaborate with senior team members and other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions
Provide support to junior team members when needed
Requirements:
Solicitor or CILEX with over 3 years’ PQE in corporate law
Demonstrable experience in handling corporate transactions and advisory work
Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
