Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Contract Review Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in contract drafting, negotiation, and review within the U.S. legal framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft a variety of corporate contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and commercial leases.
Ensure all contracts comply with U.S. federal and state laws, as well as company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate legal risks in contractual relationships, advising business teams on potential legal implications.
Maintain an organized database of contracts and provide updates on contract status and renewals.
Conduct legal research on contract law and emerging legal trends affecting corporate agreements.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong understanding of U.S. contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in contract management software and legal research tools.
English Level C1+
