What You Will Be Doing
Advise clients in Mergers & Acquisitions, structuring and negotiating buy-side and sell-side deals across various industries.
Provide guidance on Corporate Governance, advising boards and senior leaders on fiduciary duties, compliance, and governance best practices.
Support startups, joint ventures, and emerging companies with Entity Formation and Structuring, including formation and capitalization.
Represent investors and portfolio companies in Private Equity & Venture Capital funding rounds and secondary transactions.
Assist with Commercial Financing, including debt and equity finance, convertible instruments, and credit facilities.
Act as General Corporate Counsel, providing outside counsel for operational, transactional, and strategic legal needs.
Experience You Will Need
