We are working with a growing Law Firm, looking for a Corporate Law Partner to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 8+ years of experience, with 300k+ of portable business.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Corporate Law experience
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- 300k+ of portable business
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New York
Responsibilities:
- Represent and defend clients against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death lawsuits.
- Provide strategic legal advice on contract drafting, complex negotiations, real estate matters, and commercial disputes.
- Maintain and expand your existing client base while contributing to the firm’s overall growth strategy.
The annual salary for this position is between 250k-300k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
