  • Legal Collections: Lead and drive strategic decision-making in the company's legal collection processes from end to end. Analyze performance data and reports, meet collection targets, and manage relationships with customers, debtors, and external law firms.
  • Financial Control & Monitoring: Control and audit insurance costs, premiums, deductibles, and legal expenses. Authorize payments and meticulously track refunds, claims payouts, and legal collection recoveries.
  • Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Produce periodic reports on claims status, insurance costs, and collection KPIs. Work closely with insurance consultants, brokers, adjusters, external law firms, and internal Finance and Operations departments.

  • Proven experience in legal collections and working directly with external law firms – Must.
  • Languages: Native-level Hebrew and high-level English proficiency (including the ability to read and draft legal contracts and complex policies) – Must.
