Location: Central London (Hybrid working)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate HR & Legal Administrator to join their London office, supporting both the Human Resources and Legal functions across a broad range of administrative, compliance, systems, and coordination duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and general HR support
  • Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, security, and user support
  • Maintain accurate records for employee files, legal documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance matters
  • Support the implementation of new systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives across HR operations
  • Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the in-house Legal team across a variety of legal and compliance matters
  • Assist with the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documentation and records
  • Support policy development, document control processes, and wider compliance activities
  • Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders where required
  • Support wider business projects and process improvements across HR and legal operations
  • Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and in line with company procedures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience gained within a reputable law firm
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, legal administration, and compliance processes
  • Experience within a corporate, multinational, or professional services environment
  • Exposure to HR administration, HR operations, or HR systems would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
  • Demonstrated experience implementing new systems, improving processes, or driving automation initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment

Desirable:

  • Law Degree (LLB) or other relevant bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience supporting HR systems, technology, or process improvement initiatives
  • Strong interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
