Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate HR & Legal Administrator to join their London office, supporting both the Human Resources and Legal functions across a broad range of administrative, compliance, systems, and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and general HR support
- Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, security, and user support
- Maintain accurate records for employee files, legal documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance matters
- Support the implementation of new systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives across HR operations
- Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements
- Provide administrative support to the in-house Legal team across a variety of legal and compliance matters
- Assist with the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documentation and records
- Support policy development, document control processes, and wider compliance activities
- Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders where required
- Support wider business projects and process improvements across HR and legal operations
- Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and in line with company procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience gained within a reputable law firm
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, legal administration, and compliance processes
- Experience within a corporate, multinational, or professional services environment
- Exposure to HR administration, HR operations, or HR systems would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Demonstrated experience implementing new systems, improving processes, or driving automation initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment
Desirable:
- Law Degree (LLB) or other relevant bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Experience supporting HR systems, technology, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
