A leading public company in the energy and power sector, is looking to hire a Corporate Governance & Company Secretary Lawyer to join its team.

Role Overview:
The position is part of the Company Secretariat of a publicly traded company with global operations. The role includes responsibility for regulatory reporting and periodic filings, including drafting reports in English, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
You will handle legal matters related to securities law, corporate governance, and compliance, and take part in developing and implementing compliance and enforcement programs. The role also includes maintaining and updating internal policies, conducting proactive legal reviews, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards in both Israel and the U.S.
This position offers close exposure to the company’s core business activities in the energy sector, as well as ongoing interaction with business and finance teams.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as a lawyer in a top-tier law firm
Strong background in corporate/securities law – advantage
Native-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
