Job Purpose
This section summarizes the primary purpose of your job, the major overall responsibilities.
Contribute to the management and development of SALIC’s corporate governance framework, manual and associated guidelines, policies, and tools to ensure an effective governance mechanism is in place across all BUs/functions and ensure its effective implementation and ensure all processes adhere to local statutory regulations and SALIC’s by-laws, in order to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making within SALIC.

Functional Responsibilities
1 Participate in the development of SALIC’s corporate governance framework, manual, and associated guidelines and policies, and ensure proper implementation, efficiency, and alignment with SALIC’s strategic objectives and applicable regulations.
2 Support with managing governance related strategic initiatives and requirements.
3 Coordinate with SALIC’s leadership to develop and continuously update its Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix to clarify authorities across all BUs and functions, enabling smooth decision-making across the organization.
4 Lead the development and maintenance of internal policies that enable consistent operations, while ensuring alignment to leading practices.
5 Participate in recommend changes to SALIC’s corporate governance framework to ensure the company is up to date on best-in-class corporate governance practices and overcome any identified challenges at SALIC.
6 Develop comprehensive periodic reports to support the top management and Board of directors’ decision-making process.
7 Ensure that policies are streamlined and consistent across SALIC.
8 Review the governance activities of portfolio companies and ensure their adherence to governance and corporate guidelines, policies and procedures.
Job Specifications
Qualifications And Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree Law, Business Administration or relevent filed.
Work ExperienceMinimum of 4 – 6 years of experience
