Our client, a leading financial services organization is seeking a Corporate Governance Analyst for a contract opportunity in their New York City office.
This is a high-visibility, analytical role focused on board operations, governance processes, and workflow improvement—not an administrative position.

What You’ll Do
- Support board and governance-related processes
- Analyze data across multiple board meetings and materials
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Help design and streamline workflows
- Build presentations and reporting in PowerPoint
- Handle ad hoc data requests and business insights
- Partner closely with leadership and bring forward solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships for recent grads)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel + PowerPoint
- Interest in governance, corporate operations, or paralegal-type work
- Ability to improve processes and think critically about workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including leadership/Board-level audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Nice to Have
- Experience in a corporate, consulting, or financial services environment
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or operational processes
