Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Governance Analyst based in Makati. This role involves conducting assessments of corporate governance disclosures, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing critical feedback to companies and regulators. Beyond analysis, the role supports the engagement of various stakeholders—including regulators, publicly listed, and insurance companies—and assists in the management of ICD's Corporate Governance Standards Committee and Sustainability Committee. Furthermore, the role involves facilitating the preparation and execution of the Institute's corporate governance events and activities, while performing special projects as assigned to fulfill the department's mandate and the Institute's overall vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Business Management, Economics or any related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in data analysis; however, fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Background and/or training in Project Management is preferred to support departmental initiatives.
- Effective communication skills, including strong written and verbal proficiency in the English language.
- Adequate research, coordination, and interpersonal abilities to support stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Efficient in analytical and critical thinking skills
- Computer Literacy and Technical Proficiency, specifically being competent in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to work in a full-time, permanent capacity.
