Job Summary
Wingert Grebing Brubaker & Walshok LLP, a mid-sized litigation firm in downtown San Diego, seeks an experienced Legal Secretary with 5+ years civil litigation experience who can work in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for formatting pleadings and other legal documents, discovery, filing and preparing items for service, e-filing in State and Federal courts, calendaring, word processing, assisting with trial preparation, and maintaining case files. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, have strong attention to detail, and be able to prioritize competing tasks. Additionally, they will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be confident and competent, and able to work with a variety of attorney styles. Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required. This full-time position has an optional hybrid schedule (three days in the office/two remote).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
