We currently have an opening for an associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance to join our corporate finance group in the Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle or New York offices.
Ideal candidates will have done borrower/issuer-side work Ideal candidates will have borrower-side work experience in connection with broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities, including acquisition financings, ABLs, and/or venture debt.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials and work experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $235,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
