The Lawyer will be developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. Â This position is perfect for somone that wants to build strong relationships with a dedicated client focused team.
Responsibilities in this role will include: drafting securities and related materials reviewing and finalizing related closing documents creating and maintaining financial resources The successful candidate will have:
