Position: Corporate Counsel – Employment Laws (APAC Team)
Infosys Ltd. is looking for a lawyer with 8 – 12 years experience in Employment Laws:
Prepare memos on complex regulatory issues;
Liaise with external counsel as required, in order to enable the Company to adhere to regulatory compliances;
Review and finalize employment policies and contracts;
Negotiate with clients and partners to resolve contractual deadlocks;
Provide advice to the Company to resolve issues, particularly in the areas of transfer of employment, termination of employment, social security contributions, employee benefits;
Prepare and approve responses on behalf of the Company prior to submission to courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities;
Execute litigation strategy;
Coordinate litigation and other legal matters handled by external counsel;
Contribute research papers to the knowledge repository in order to enhance the knowledge base of the Legal Department;
Provide training on employment law issues to the Company.
Qualification :
Full-time Law Graduates with relevant experience.
