Position: Corporate Counsel for B2B SaaS

Resolver is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its innovative team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales department during complex negotiations and collaborate on privacy and compliance strategies. Your expertise will be vital in drafting legal documentation and overseeing legal operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify issues in NDAs, MOUs, and software agreements
• Draft legal documents based on business needs
• Independently negotiate a variety of agreements
• Oversee the administration of legal documentation
• Assist in the enhancement of legal processes
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in a B2B environment is essential
• Preferred experience in IT or software sectors
• Collaborative approach to working with teams
• Strong understanding of privacy impacts on contracts
