Our client, a growing environmental services and chemical manufacturing company, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its expanding operations. This role will focus on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, working closely with senior leadership to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, vendor/customer contracts).
Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in environmental and administrative law.
Advise on corporate governance, risk management, and commercial matters.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree and 5-7 years of legal experience (in-house preferred).
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Experience in environmental services, chemical manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
Business-minded with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
