We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administration staff to join our team. This role is essential in managing and the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and facilitating closings efficiently under the supervision of our Senior Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate contract management processes..

Duties

Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage the procurement process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures and maintain organized records of all contracts.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate contract execution and address any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
Monitor changes in contract terms and manage change requests effectively.
Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts for easy retrieval and reference.

Experience

Proven experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
Background in real estate contracts preferred.
Strong skills in document review and management are essential.
Familiarity with procurement processes and business management principles is advantageous.
Proficiency in using electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey complex information.
