Designation Corporate Consultant (Korean Speaking)
Responsibilities Consulting on company incorporation and managing the incorporation process.
Government filings for corporate changes such as capital increases, share transfers, director changes, AGMs, etc.
Drafting corporate documents including board resolutions and general meeting minutes.
Advising on Companies Act-related inquiries.
Managing notarization and apostille services.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (domestic or overseas).Proficiency in English (intermediate level or higher).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Working Conditions
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5-day workweek).Benefits
14 days of annual leave (increasing by 1 day for each year of service).Half-day work on the last Friday of every month.
