Responsibilities:
Manage the Whistleblowing Channel;
Coordinate and participate in Compliance projects/group projects;
Ensures the identification and evaluation of potential conflict of interests as well as monitoring of fulfilling the rules for avoiding the conflict of interests by all employees of the bank;
Provides consultancy for avoiding Conflicts of Interest at the bank’ level and prepares the conflicts of interest reports;
Ensures the identification and evaluation of prevention of Crimes with potential liability for the bank, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions;
Contribute to the drawing up of the compliance activity reports;
Follows up the remediation of the deficiencies discovered during activity controls and propos corrective measures;
Report deficiencies following the activity controls to management in order for them to be solved;
Develop and implement the Compliance Charter, Code of Conduct, Model and Methods, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions norms and regulations, Whistle-blower Procedure, in accordance with the legal provisions in force and relevant Group directives/recommendation/models.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance;
Good command of English language;
Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed.
