About the role.
This role would suit someone confident in their ability, with excellent organizational and written communication skills, that is ready to step into a dynamic, fast‑growing business with a strong client base.
Our Compliance Specialists manage corporate regulatory compliance services, bank account logistics, and other organizational tasks for our rapidly growing client portfolio. In this capacity, this role may serve as Corporate Secretary and/or Authorized Officer for our client companies.
Our compliance and commercial management expertise supports a variety of companies from multiple foreign countries — in sectors ranging from biotechnology and renewable resources to agtech, fintech, SaaS, and food & beverage.
What are we looking for?
- A friendly and passionate personality with a high attention to customer service
- A high level of attention to detail and a diligent nature
- A high level of computer literacy and experience with cloud-based software solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based task management software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, plan workload, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- A willingness to think laterally in the approach to problems — developing creative solutions instead of applying time-worn methods
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience within Corporate Compliance (beneficial)
- Foreign language skills (not a prerequisite, but looked upon favorably)
- Bachelor’s or graduate‑level education in finance, law, or other relevant discipline
