Having already dominated a major share of its domestic market, the company is expanding rapidly into new territories and scaling they prepare for their next stage of growth, the legal team is looking for an interim Senior Legal Counsel to support on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with senior legal leaders in a collaborative, dynamic team, focusing on:
Supporting competition and regulatory projects (with external counsel support )
Helping with fact-finding, project coordination, and drafting across a range of legal work streams
Advising on general commercial contracts and corporate matters
Working cross-functionally with colleagues in legal, compliance, operations and beyond
What They’re Looking For
A qualified lawyer with a background in corporate or commercial law
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Able to juggle varied work and operate with confidence and independence
A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team
Available to start ASAP, ideally for a contract running to September, with high potential for extension
