We are a boutique employment law firm seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. You’ll work directly with clients and make a real impact, with a flexible schedule and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in workplace discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour litigation
Handle cases from intake through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial prep
Collaborate with a small team committed to justice and client advocacy
Help build systems for firm growth and excellence
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required; 5+ years preferred, especially in employment law
Strong writing, oral advocacy, and case management skills
Passion for helping workers and fighting injustice
Self-starter who works well independently and on a team
