We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Corporate Attorney to join our
dynamic
legal team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle a wide range of legal matters within a
fast-paced
corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a specific focus on contract negotiation, compliance, and corporate governance.
This role will require a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to provide strategic legal advice to our executive team.

As a Permanent Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.
3. Ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
4. Representing the company in any legal proceedings, investigations, or disputes.
5. Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida Bar.
3. LLM in Taxation.
4. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney at a law firm
5. Proven experience in corporate law and taxation.
