The ideal candidate should have a broad corporate background with substantial experience in:
Middle-market mergers and acquisitions
Corporate governance
Corporate equity and debt financing, including seed financing and venture capital transactions for emerging and growth-stage companies
Key Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Reside in the state of Florida
Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to the community
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and resourcefulness
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver sound legal strategies
