Am Law 150 firm, located in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Corporate Associate Attorney who will play a vital role in our corporate and alternative entity practices. Essential Duties and *
Manage and execute transactional corporate matters consistently and autonomously.
Participate in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate governance issues.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the clients legal needs are met.
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure exceptional service and development of new opportunities.
Minimum Position *
JD from an accredited law school and current MA Bar Admission.
2 – 5 years of solid experience in a law firm focusing on corporate and/or alternative entity practice.
Proven track record of transactional work and capability to handle complex legal agreements.
Strong academic record demonstrating potential for continued growth and learning.
Preferred *
Experience in cross-border transactions is considered a plus.
Adept at legal research tools and technologies pertinent to the practice area.
