Job description
MUST have at least 5 years in Litigation Personal Injury
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Drafting Pleadings
Propounding and responding to discovery
Conducting and defending depositions
Drafting and arguing motions related to discovery
Drafting and arguing motions related to dispositive issues
Handle mediations and arbitrations
Preparing and participating in all stages of trial
Preparing lay and expert witnesses to testify and trial
Conducting direct and cross examinations of witnesses
Practice areas include premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year Plus incentives
