Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional who has managed a full caseload of personal injury matters and is confident navigating both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
Reporting directly to a supervising partner, the attorney will oversee case strategy, supervise support staff, and manage all legal activities from intake to resolution or trial. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professionalism, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) client service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of personal injury cases through pre-litigation and litigation stages.
Conduct thorough case evaluations and liability assessments.
Develop and execute case strategies in alignment with firm goals.
Maintain regular, clear communication with clients throughout the legal process.
Negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes while mitigating risk.
Review and ensure the accuracy and timely filing of all legal documents.
Supervise and mentor litigation assistants and support staff.
Maintain strict adherence to internal protocols and case management systems.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active member of the Florida Bar; additional state bar admissions a plus.
Experience in Personal injury law experience.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Client-focused approach with a high degree of professionalism.
