Job Description:
An AM 150 ranked law firm in New York City is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate to join their team.
Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $225,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise public and private companies in all aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and general business matters.
Ability to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including equity and asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, license agreements, financing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and restrictive covenants.
Transaction management and due diligence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong background in corporate transactions.
Experience with securities law or corporate governance is highly preferred.
Work Environment:
Hybrid work model with in-office presence 3 days a week.
