An elite US law firm is seeking a high-calibre Corporate Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its market-leading Hong Kong team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of high-quality IPO, public and private M&A, and general corporate transactions alongside leading partners and multinational clients across Asia.
The ideal candidate will
- Have 1–3 years' PQE from a reputable international or leading local law firm
- Possess strong academics
- Have experience across a broad range of corporate transactions, including IPOs and M&A
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
- Be commercially minded and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
