Our reputable firm client is seeking a qualified Associate to join its litigation practice in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 8 years of law firm experience with ECVC and/or M&A matters; experience with corporate governance matters and securities law compliance is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $185,000 – $275,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
- Admission to the New York bar or ability to become admitted is required
- Between 5 and 8 years of law firm experience with Venture Capital or M&A focus
- Corporate governance or securities law experience is preferred
