The group is particularly known for its depth and consistency in private M&A and private equity work, advising top-tier private equity funds, family offices, sovereign investors, and global conglomerates on their most strategic deals across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and beyond.
What You Can Join:
A market-leading focus on private M&A and mid-to-large cap private equity transactions, including complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and investment platforms
Regularly engaged by blue-chip corporates, PE sponsors, and major regional and international conglomerates
Deep sector experience across energy, infrastructure, healthcare, tech, consumer goods, logistics, and financial services
Close
collaboration
with colleagues across the MENA region and global network to deliver integrated transactional support
You’ll join a highly integrated and collegiate team comprising 8 partners, 2 counsels, and 11 associates, under the
leadership
of a senior partner with both Magic Circle and Big US law experience. The team is recognised for its commercial approach and consistent deal flow.
Who They’re Looking For:2–6 years’ PQE at a top-tier Corporate M&A / PE practice (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, elite US, or equivalent)
Strong deal sheet with experience in private M&A, ideally involving PE sponsors or cross-border elements
Commercial, driven, and ready to step into an international
leadership
seat Relocation & Lifestyle Support:30 days’ initial accommodation arranged by the firm First-year housing loan of 3x monthly salary to manage Dubai’s upfront rental requirements
Annual paid return flight to home country after 12 months
