LHH is working with a well-regarded Southern California law firm seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, entity structuring, capitalization, and general business operations
Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on high-profile matters, including deals in the entertainment and real estate sectors
Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to excellence, practical solutions, and long-term client relationships
Qualifications
5-10 years of corporate transactional experience
Demonstrated initiative, strong client service mindset, and solid business judgment
Open-minded on academic background—talent, drive, and business development potential are highly valued
Admission to the California Bar required
Compensation & Benefits
$200,000–$275,000 base salary (DOE) + merit-based annual bonus
1700 minimum billable hours
