Position Overview: As a Paralegal, you will assist our attorneys in various aspects of personal injury cases. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in law and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather necessary information.
Attend client meetings and assist in trial preparation as needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing calendars.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; a degree or certificate in paralegal studies is helpful.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
