Process Development: Develop and implement governance processes across the bank, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Corporate Governance: Collaborate with the governance team on various governance projects and support their business-as-usual operations.
Subsidiary Governance: Enhance governance structures within subsidiaries.
Project Leadership: Lead governance-related projects and initiatives.
Participation in Initiatives: Actively participate in bank-wide projects addressing governance matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or relevant field.
Prior extensive experience in Corporate and Entities Governance.
Proven track record in managing governance policies, procedures, and processes.
Strong capabilities in team leadership and development.
