JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be doing the following in this position:
- Support a busy caseload by managing property transactions as well as preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Keep communication high with clients to support the delivery of high-quality legal advice to them.
- Liaise with solicitors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely property transfers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and maintain high standards of service.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- 3 years+ experience as a Conveyancer within a UK law firm.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Property law.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
