Position: Home Working Conveyancing Solicitor
We are representing a national conveyancing firm seeking an experienced conveyancer for a fully remote position to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of approximately 100 files, covering a wide range of transactions such as freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership properties.

Along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, this role includes a rewarding bonus scheme, offering the opportunity to earn up to £15,000 annually, with most fee earners earning around £10,000+ on average.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, unregistered properties, and shared ownership cases. You will manage your caseload independently until your manager decides when to expand your portfolio further.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Proven experience in managing high-volume residential conveyancing files.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems.
