The Role You will support fee-earners on a busy and varied caseload including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity Drafting contract packs and requesting searches Preparing completion statements and assisting with SDLT/HMLR applications Managing client communication, providing regular updates with professionalism and warmth Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time You will become a key part of the department, supporting smooth transactions from instruction to completion.
About You
Experience with in a Residential Conveyancing team (6 months ideal) Strong organisational and communication skills Confidence liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors A proactive, eager-to-learn approach Excellent attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their conveyancing skillset , whether progressing toward a fee-earning role, CILEx, or simply building strong long-term expertise.
