Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include:
Sales & purchases of residential property
Residential property investments and lettings
Re-mortgages
Shared & joint ownership matters
Matrimonial transfers
Probate sales
New homes
Help to Buy
What will you need?
To be an experienced residential property fee earner or paralegal
Having a qualification is not essential for this role…
Senior Paralegals with at least 5 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload are encouraged to apply
